The Breathing in Rhythm service, which includes the Rhythmic Breathing (Breathing) App and the website https://rhythmic-breathing.com (the "Service" or "we") provides services that allow users to perform exercises to practice rhythmic breathing and develop breath-holding.

We collect information about your subscription to our app - whether you use the free or Premium version: the date and time your account was activated, the length of your subscription, the date you canceled your subscription, any in-app purchase.

  • to develop new products and features and improve the Service.

3. Payment Information.
When you purchase a Premium Account (subscribe), we do not collect your payment information: credit card number, payment authentication code, payment addresses, date and time of your transaction. Apple and Google collect payment card information with respect to mobile app purchases made through apps. These payment processors typically provide us with some limited data associated with you, such as a unique anonymous token that allows you to make additional purchases using the data they have stored, as well as your card type, expiration dates, billing address, and the last four digits of your card number.

  • to process your purchases through our Service;
  • to detect and prevent fraud.

Service provides rhythmic breathing training exercises in the wellness field. We are not a provider of medical services or devices. Our service should not be considered as medical advice and is not intended to treat any illness, adverse medical condition, or chronic disease. Only a physician or health care provider can do that.

We do not guarantee that our Service provides therapeutic benefit. Any information provided in the Service is for general informational purposes only. You make your own decisions about the information provided in the Service and take responsibility for your actions.
People with existing mental disorders should consult their physician before using the exercises to avoid a worsening of their condition.

When you use our Service, you expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk. The service is provided without warranty that there are no defects or other warranties. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We also do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or completeness of the content provided by the Service or the services offered for sale on the App.

Copying, modification of content, commercial use of content without our permission is not allowed.
Nor may you incorporate the Service into any collection of programs or other products, decompile, disassemble the Service, or otherwise access the object code or source code of the Service (except as required by law).
